Modern Lift™
The Modern Lift™ is a facelift and necklift like none other. The Modern Lift™ provides women and men alike with a rejuvenated face and neck with sharp aesthetics that does not leave you looking “done” or “weird” as the facelifts of old used to do that relied simply on pulling the face as tightly as possible.
Dr. Moshrefi offers the Modern Lift™ for patients having a primary (or first-time) facelift as well as for those having a revision (or secondary/tertiary) facelift. Some patients are appropriate candidates for facial fat injection in combination to enhance and rejuvenate the face to accentuate a more youthful appearance.
Eyelid Lift
Whether it be upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both that need rejuvenation, Dr. Moshrefi provides you with the best options with the least downtime for your procedure. Scars are placed in hidden locations that leave you with a refreshed look and a hard-to-put-a-finger on result. This surgery is often combined with a browlift if appropriate and the Modern Lift™ facelift/necklift procedure.
Other Procedures
Chin Augmentation
Facial balance is an important goal for patient’s undergoing any facial surgery. Dr. Moshrefi’s expertise in facial balance and his extensive knowledge of facial aesthetics allows for an appropriate assessment of restoring harmony and accentuating your natural features. Chin augmentation with a chin implant or fat augmentation allows harmony of the lower face with the middle and upper face. This procedure is commonly combined with the Modern Lift™ face and necklift or a Modern Nose™ rhinoplasty.
Lip Lift
While lip fillers and neurotoxin “Lip Flip” procedures provide temporary improvements, some patients are excellent candidates for an upper lip lift. This is a small surgical intervention that tucks the scar into the creases under the nose allowing shortening and upturning of the upper lip to give a fuller pout.
Ear Surgery (Otoplasty)
Whether it be adults or children, protruding ears can lead to embarrassment and bullying. Dr. Moshrefi offers surgical ear pinning and/or reshaping to improve the appearance of the ears with a variety of Modern techniques that have minimal downtime and immediate results that satisfy.
